Ryan Williams has over 14 years of experience in auxiliary and summer programs. As Director of Auxiliary Programs at The Lawrenceville School, Ryan oversees summer programs, facility rentals, select student services, the Lawrenceville School Golf and Tennis Club, the School’s revenue-generating properties, and much more. Ryan also created and manages Big Red Online, the School’s global online platform for ordering school spirit wear. Ryan coordinates the program marketing, design, and implementation of Lawrenceville Summer Scholars, the School’s flagship summer program generating over $1,600,000,00 in revenue. She also oversees the school’s 18 other summer programs, comprised of non-profit and partner programs, which generate over $500,000 in additional revenue. She and her team serve over 2000 campers and clients annually. Ryan has presented at the ACA Tri-State conference, including the independent schools pre-conference meeting, Summer Summit, NBOA, and SPARC. Before making the shift to school administration, Ryan taught Kindergarten and 3rd Grade at a Title I school in Richmond, VA.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Richmond (Go Spiders!) where she played Division I Lacrosse. She received her Master’s in Education from Marymount University. Together with her husband, Nick, and their daughter and yellow lab, Ryan lives in Durham, NC.
