Dr. Julie O'Rourke is a member of Pingry's Administrative Team responsible for evolving and promoting a culture of well-being and its catalytic role in supporting institutional processes and achieving institutional outcomes. Dr. O'Rourke is also a founding member of Pingry's Community Safety Hub coordinating campus security, student safety, risk management, crisis response and policy review. Outside of Pingry, she has a private psychological practice providing consultation and conducting neurocognitive assessments. Dr. O'Rourke is also a long-time member of the NJ-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team under FEMA and volunteers her time coordinating crisis response for emergency responders in New Jersey. She and her family have fostered more that 60 rescued bullmastiff dogs over the past 15 years.
